There is no one way to eat Keto. The basic requirement to get into Nutritional Ketosis is to eat less than 50 grams of carbs daily a go medium on protein. Actually a Low Carb diet is typically considered anything under 150 grams of carbs daily. Currently my stated macro is 5% carbs, 25% protein and 70% fats.
While I went the Keto route by accident after it cut my pain levels from 7-8 to 2-3 in only 30 days I knew it was for me.
Actually most any diet will help us become more mindful of our health and the way we eat. That is why I tell no one how they should eat but I will share what I have read and personally experienced that changed my life for the better.
The link below does cover the basics of what eating Keto is and how to do it. However I see no reason to pay for a membership to learn about how to do Keto. The first 90 days was weird and even going on three years I am understanding it much better day by day.
